Delete your Prolap account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Prolap and tap the menu (☰).
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion (if you can't open the app)

Open the data deletion form

Enter the Google account email you use to sign in to Prolap. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your posts, comments and likes
• Your private journal entries
• Your circle memberships and the posts you made in circles
• Your direct messages and conversations
• Your profile (alias, date of birth, bio, interests) and notification token
• Your sign-in account

What we keep

• Reports you filed about other users, for moderation records. They contain no content of yours.
• Content that was reported for abuse may be kept for a limited time where needed to investigate it.
