What I actually do

I build mobile apps in Flutter and native Android, and I publish them myself. That second part is the important one. Most developers you can hire have written app code; considerably fewer have taken an app all the way through Google Play's review process, watched it get rejected, fixed it, shipped it, and then kept it alive through three years of policy changes and target-SDK deadlines.

I've done that 12 times. My most-installed app, Health Score, has passed 100,000 downloads. Mental Health Test and Account Manager have each passed 10,000.

When I take on client work, the value isn't just that I can write Dart. It's that I've already made the expensive mistakes on my own apps rather than on yours.

How I got here

I started with native Android in Java — apps like Tasbeeh Counter and Account Manager come from that era and are still maintained today. As Flutter matured I moved new development across to it, and the majority of my portfolio is now Flutter: Area and Plot Measurement, Cashflower, Prolap, Mandarin Racer and others.

Running both stacks in production at the same time means I have a genuinely useful opinion on when Flutter is the right answer and when it isn't — rather than the reflexive one.

What I'm good at

• Flutter architecture that survives contact with a real product. State management, offline-first data layers, and the boring structural decisions that decide whether version 2.0 is pleasant or painful.
• Firebase in production. Auth, Firestore modelling, security rules that actually hold, Cloud Functions, FCM, Crashlytics.
• Shipping to Google Play. The data safety form, closed testing, policy compliance, staged rollouts and the appeals process.
• AI features that work outside a demo. Two of my apps ship LLM features to real users, with the cost, latency and failure handling that requires.
• Localisation for South Asian markets. Full Bengali and English interfaces, and units like Katha and Bigha that a generic app gets wrong.

Where I work

I'm based in Natore, Rajshahi, Bangladesh, and I work with clients worldwide — mostly remote, mostly asynchronous. Bangladesh time (UTC+6) overlaps well with Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and I keep some evening availability for North American clients.
