About Area and Plot Measurement
Area and Plot Measurement is a land area calculator built for how land is actually measured in South Asia. Tap the corners of a plot on a satellite map and the boundary and area are calculated in real time — no walking the perimeter with GPS, no surveying training.
It handles the units people actually use: Katha, Bigha, Decimal, Acre and square feet, with instant conversion between all of them. The entire interface is available in both English and Bengali.

Do I have to walk around the land to measure it?
No. You tap the corners of the plot on the satellite map and the area is calculated from those points. You can do it from anywhere.
Which land units are supported?
Katha, Bigha, Decimal, Acre and square feet, with instant conversion between all of them.
Is the app available in Bengali?
Yes. The full interface is translated into Bengali and you can switch languages from the menu at any time.
Will I lose my saved measurements if I change phones?
Not if you sign in with your Google account — saved calculations are backed up to the cloud and restored on your new device.
How accurate is the map measurement?
Accuracy depends on how precisely you place the corner markers on the map. For most agricultural and property use it is well within practical tolerance, but it is not a substitute for a legal cadastral survey.
